Perfectly made scrambled eggs, friendly and welcoming receptionist, spacious room with balcony, comfortable bed, excellent service and professionalism, good location near the highway and city center.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the center and the famous bridge. the restaurant is excellent and everywhere in the hotel has free Wi-Fi. Plus, it is easy to access from the highway.
The room facilities were poor and not up to standard.

While everything was perfect, we did find the location a bit less convenient than expected.

We were impressed with the hotel facilities, including the spacious room with a comfortable bed and a good-sized balcony. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was also a highlight, with perfectly made scrambled eggs and a great atmosphere everywhere in the restaurant.

During my Christmas stay, the breakfast buffet was great - really good selection of items and quality food. The staff were also friendly and helpful, providing us with useful local information, and the location was convenient with easy access to transport.
The room was a bit outdated and in need of repairs in some areas. some amenities were missing such as a safe deposit box which would have been useful.

Great staff, very polite and kind. the room had a good view and the decor was nice. the breakfast was excellent, with many options to choose from. the hotel was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops, and also near the main attractions.
Our romantic escape was not what we expected, as the room felt quite small and the bathroom was outdated. the pillows were uncomfortable and the bed was not properly made up.
